NOTE: Both MBCT and MBCT-S are 8-week long courses. Each week has a 2-hour gathering (in person and/or online) to teach and practice a mindfulness/meditation concept, then you continue it daily until we meet again. After 8-weeks you have a new neurological patter (the “muscle-memory”) to continue on your own with confidence. 4-week “tuneup” courses are available for those who have completed the 8-week course.

MBCT-S is also beneficial for decreasing stress, repeated bouts of depression, chronic unhappiness, anxiety, stress related symptoms/disorders, and for those wanting to create more peace and balance within the mind, body, and spiritual/energy systems.
