“Meditation, when done well, is exercise for the mind. Just as physical exercise, when done well, is for the body

Mind-Body-Spirit Living

Available in-person and via Zoom by wait-list (open group) or a friend/family group (closed).

Gather as many people as you wish, friends and family, to learn how we as humans run on three main systems: Mind, Body, and Spirit (or Energy). This “East meets West” understanding of a holistic approach used to sound quite mystical and is now validated by leading researchers in a variety of mind-body sciences including popular names such as Dr. Bruce Lipton (researcher and cell-biologist), Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn (researcher and physiologist), Dr. Deepak Chopra (researcher and physician), Dr. Joan Borysenko (researcher and psychologist), Dr. Joe Dispenza (researcher and chiropractor), Dr. Herbert Benson (researcher and cardiologist) and many others.

This customized course can be offered in person or via Zoom, and teaches the fundamental systems of mind, body, and spirit. This liberating and fun course mixes in many practical skills such as how to effectively meditate and how to see the results of this difficult exercise of non-thinking to manifest wonderful things individually and collectively in your life. These topics and skills are often things I teach to people through individual counselling, but I have found a group-based approach to be most cost effective and team-building for my clients.

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)

Available in-person and via Zoom by wait-list (open group) or a friend/family group (closed).

Although many think Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is quite new, it was originally designed in the 1990s to help people who suffer from repeated bouts of depression and chronic unhappiness. It is based largely on the seminal work by Dr. John Kabat-Zinn who created Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) that has been proven effective for a wide-range of stress-related disorders. Click on the following links to read more about MBCT and the upcoming courses (available for ages 14 and up and for specific groups upon request). Please contact Kyle directly to inquire (click here).

Research has since proven MBCT to be effective in reducing stress in many other areas of a person’s life, ultimately reducing the signs and symptoms that stress can cause both mentally and physically. It combines the ideas of traditional cognitive therapy and eastern meditative practices to foster new attitudes based on the cultivation of mindfulness. These skills are then applied to everyday life to better cope with stressful situations, unwind from the stresses of life, reduce the negative biological effects that stress causes, and ultimately have a new relationship with the present moment. If you believe that stress impacts your life in a negative way, and you are motivated to change this, MBCT will likely benefit you. For more information click here.

Waking up: Fear, Narratives, Disclosure, and Agendas

Available in-person and via Zoom by wait-list (open group) or a friend/family group (closed).

Have you arrived at a place in your life where the world around you is different than you previously understood? Do you seek the truth in some areas that before didn’t matter to you? Are you tired of the corruption of big business/government agendas and confused with the narratives appearing in some of the main stream news? Does this “knowing” stress you out and leave you feeling like others judge you as a “conspiracy theorist” or for being “different” in some ways? If you’re still reading… this group is likely for you! You are not alone, there are many out there seeking the Truth just like you.

Launching in fall 2020, 1-2 hour conversations on these topics will begin over Zoom in a group-based format. Please contact Kyle directly (click here) to be placed on the wait-list and please include a variety of days/times that work best for you and a few key topics you are interested in.
